Liberty INDUS is a Joint Venture formed between Liberty Business Associates, LLC and INDUS Technology, Inc. This Joint Venture LLC was formed to bid on the re-compete of SPAWAR Systems Center - Charleston (SSC-CHS) contract, N65236-04-D-8701, which is for Administrative and Financial Services (Solicitation N65236-07-R-0215). INDUS, (who is currently the incumbent prime) and Liberty (who is currently an incumbent subcontractor) provide technical, logistical, administrative, and financial management services to SSC-CHS for the past 5 years. The Joint Venture allows these two companies to provide these services at a more competitive price.
